  • Should I wash my hair before my colour appointment?

    Please have clean hair before your colour. Washed the day before your appointment is ideal.

  • How do I book?

  • What is Balayage?

    Balayage is a technique which uses a sweeping freehand painting application to create a seamless blended result.

  • What are you Opening Hours?

    Monday & Thursday - 8:30am to 5:00pm

    Tuesday & Wednesday - 8:30am to Late by Appointment

    Friday - 8:30am to 12:30pm

    Saturday & Sunday - Closed

  • How long should I wait to wash my hair after colour?

    Please wait a minimum of 48 hours after your colour service.

    This will help your colour to settle in and insure a longer lasting result.

    Using the prescribed home hair care is also a must!

  • What is Hard Water and how will it affect my hair?

    Hard Water is water that is high in chlorine, minerals and hard metals.

    This will cause a build up on your hair, resulting in discolouration and can leave your hair feeling dry and damaged.

    To insure best colour results we recommend installing a Filtered Beauty shower filter to your shower head.

  • Colour Maintenance

    During your consultation we will recommend your home hair care as well as your next colour maintenance appointment.

    For blonde lightening services this will be 6-8 weeks for gloss refresh and brighten.

  • What is K18?

    The K18 Molecular Repair Hair Mask is a leave in treatment mask for all hair types that clinically reverses damage in 4 minutes.

    The patented peptide technology works to restore hair after colour and repair hair from heat damage.

  • Do you cut menโ€™s and childrenโ€™s hair?

    Unfortunately due to staffing at this time, we are unable to offer menโ€™s or childrenโ€™s cuts.

    However we can recommend other hairstylists that do.
