Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
The same 50% scheduled service cost will be charged for No Show’s.
*All fees must be paid in full before re- booking.
If, for an unforeseen circumstance, Watermark Hair needs to reschedule the Guest’s appointment within 24 hours, they will receive 20% off their next service.
If the Guest is to arrive late to their scheduled appointment time, they may not be able to receive their full scheduled service.
During your consultation you will be advised on your next maintenance service and recommended home hair care. If you choose not to follow the advice given, Watermark Hair will be unable to guarantee the integrity of your hair and longevity of your colour.
Watermark Hair allows extra time and requires a full consultation before the Guest’s service to ensure the vision is the same.
In the instance that the Guest feels they have not received the discussed outcome of their service, Watermark Hair will make the required adjustments at no extra cost.
*The Guest must contact Watermark Hair within 14 days of their initial service. After 14 days, Watermark Hair will make adjustments at full service cost.
